1. Who we are
Ethical Digital Marketing Limited is a digital marketing business based in Kinsale, County Cork, Ireland. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What information we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us. When you complete the Growth Audit questionnaire or the contact form, we collect details such as your name, business name, email address, phone number if you provide it, your website, and the information you share about your business, your goals or your message.
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect special category data.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to reply to you, to prepare your Growth Audit, to arrange a call, and to provide the services you ask about. We rely on your consent when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to genuine enquiries about our services.
We do not use your information for automated decision making, and we never sell your data to anyone.
4. Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to make this site work and to remember your cookie choice. We do not currently use advertising or third party tracking cookies.
If we ever add analytics or other non essential cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first through the cookie notice.
5. Who we share your information with
We share your information only with the trusted providers we rely on to run our business:
- Resend, which delivers the email when you submit a form, so your enquiry reaches us.
- Vercel, which hosts this website and processes standard server logs.
These providers act on our instructions. Some may store data outside Ireland or the European Economic Area, and where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep your enquiry information only for as long as we need it to respond to you and to keep reasonable records of our business. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.
7. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Have your data erased
- Restrict or object to how we use your data
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw your consent at any time

8. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, we would like the chance to put it right, so please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland at dataprotection.ie.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date below, and significant changes will be made clear on this page.
